Holland Project Bandana, 2019
I had a lovely time at Holland Project Mini-Mart on May 23rd with a bunch of new comics in tow. It was a pleasure to meet all the independent publishers and artists of Reno, my favorite city in Nevada!

Look for my album art for a fictitious band in Sonny Smith's spectacular and inventive Anthology of Unknown Music, Volume 1 at the Bolinas Museum from March 29 to May 17, 2026.

I'm honored to have my work alongside over 30 artists, many of whom have been great inspirations to me!

More information here.

10xTen - 100 Bay Area Women Artists - March 1st 2025
at Faultline Gallery

Every artist was given a 10x10 panel to do what they wished with. I chose to create a fanciful pool scene of luxuriant camaraderie, as is my wont.

Residency with Sabine Teyssonneyre

My friend and newly-minted Doctor in Comics Sabine Teyssonneyre and I spent two weeks acting as comics messengers  in the middle of the countryside -- we interviewed locals around Pierrefitte-ès-Bois to help them create illustrated postcards for the recipient of their choosing.

We made a 40-page color zine compiling all our work from this residency, as well as selections from our almost 10 years of correspondence. The final result is Tournesol Transmission. Please contact me if you would like a PDF, I couldn't fly back home with too many copies!

Thank you to Sabine, Virginie, Félix, Basile, Nazgul and Iggy for all their help and wonderful energy during this lovely time!

Pyramid Scheme
Bass & Reiner Gallery
3.25.2023 - 6.10.2023

I was one of the many willing "victims" of Pyramid Scheme, a cheeky and unpredictable art show that unfolded over several weeks. Each week the number of artists invited increased exponentially, until the gallery was overflowing with work of every kind and size, with pranks and inside jokes abounding. You can see my triptych on plastic sheeting to the right of the ladder.

July 2022 in Reno, NV

I was thrilled to be invited to curate an art show at the Holland Project in Reno, NV. I asked Anjelica Colliard, Leena Joshi and Mara Ramirez to create pieces for a month and a half long multi-media exhibition.

Trailer Blaze Residency
April 2022
Sou'Wester Lodge
Sea View, WA

I was so lucky to be part of the Trailer Blaze Residency with Short Run Comix & Art Festival, after a whole year of waiting out the beginning of Covid-19!

I had a whole week with a group of fabulous and extremely talented femme cartoonists in a small town by the sea, with plenty of time to draw all day in my 1970's trailer.

In October 2021, Stephen Steinbrink and I were invited to do a week-long artists residency at Le Collectif D'en Face in Rouen, France.

November 14-December 9, 2020

I was super excited to be a part of the Trailer Blaze Residency but 2020 happened so this art show made up for what would have been an amazing time drawing comics in nature with badass femmes...oh well! Soon!
